This intervention was located at the nexus of multiple, single-family homes within an overall development. The chosen site has vast greenery along with significant wildlife. The overall approach was to create unobstructed views & become a place of gathering. A major design criteria was to create a functional space for both winter & summer. This was achieved by careful selection & implementation of a minimal-profile, glazing system.
